Up there with the worst landlord I have ever used
Very intrusive inspections where they take photos of the entire house and all your possessions every 2 months and send it all to the landlord
Rent goes up as often as is legally permissible
Do not meet commitments for housing (lived with them for years and they have done none of the jobs I was promised when I moved in)

Had a property viewing with Claire from David James.
I have viewed a few recently and have some good and some not so good, Claire was one of the best.
Extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Never felt rushed and answered all questions with authority, even offering very useful information.
As I have now gone through with the purchase I can't thank Claire enough for her help.
A credit to the company.

I would recommend David James Estate Agents to help you move. It is a stressful time and you need someone on your side, especially when, like me, you don't know the processes you need to go through. Being kept well informed is crucial and they certainly do that. They have been very patient with my endless questions.

For my viewing I was met by Nick who was lovely, and extremely helpful.
