**Very Poor Letting Agent**<br><br>Extremely disappointed with our experience. We have had a broken window for over a year, despite communicating this with them several times, multiple people coming out to inspect it. Still no avail, they even asked for us to coordianate and push for updates on the repair which as the tenant is not our responsibility to arrange the repair.<br><br>Communication has been consistently poor, and the issue has been repeatedly delayed with no proper resolution. A basic repair should not take over a year. Very poor service and professionalism. I would not recommend.

Best letting agency I’ve dealt with - Zofia B especially has been brilliant. Whenever a maintenance issue comes up she gets it sorted quickly, no chasing or waiting around needed. She’s always really friendly and easy to deal with. Can’t fault the service, honestly

I have had a smooth move to my new apartment with FHP living recently. The staffs are very professional. Toby Oliver and Holly Staples were particularly helpful in making sure it all went smoothly. They were very supportive and prompt to responding to all my queries. Was a 10/10 experience.

Thank you to the entire West Bridgford team who dealt with the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.

Students - Stay well clear! Housing in an appalling location-drug dealers on the front porch, lots of dealings going on, unkept surroundings, no lights for safety installed yet promised, no care for tenants safety-no back gate installed as promised etc. year of hell.
