New investors, New Home Buyers, everyone looking for a place to call home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst! Company going. I was living in one of FHP Living flats. I should have taken the first red flag when Toby the agent who showed me around, was an idiot with no knowledge of the flat or able to even answer the simplest questions I had. I took him as a newbie or to be nervous. I continued with moving forward with the flat, paid a holding fee and everything seemed to go well. Then when I moved in I did what anyone would, clean the whole flat. But from the maintenance report I got for this flat and the items in the flat and what work has been done. Nothing in that maintenance report was correct and they provided me false information. Nothing in Flat 1, 1 Palatine St was to standard. I had to buy three mop heads to clean the whole flat because it was so dirty, I brought so many different cleaning items just to make the flat feel and look clean, They provided me a washing machine that has had mould from the last tenant or the one before them I must of spent hundreds in cleaning products to remove the mould, however never did and coursed my clothes to always smell, so I had to use family or friends to make sure I had clean clothes. Each complaint I made regarding the washing machine was ignored, not taken seriously. All Toby would say is “Provide pictures” that’s all he did, sent pictures and nothing happened, I was left with that washing machine right up to my eviction so Ten months. Because I lost my job and was in hardship I understand I was behind on the rent, but the problem I have with FHP Living is the Bullying, Negligence, False Information and Overlooked and how I can say these are by the emails, witnesses and pictures I have gained. But sadly this wasn’t the only problem that was overlooked. Due to being one or two month behind on rent, I was called by an Associate Director called Carol O’grady who didn’t have any care for the situation I was in, didn’t accept my explanation to why I was late and what I was doing in making sure I could catch up. She then used bully tactics to scare me in signing an early removal due to the landlord bills being behind and it would be best for us all, when explaining I would be homeless she didn’t care and only wanted actions, because I didn’t have a true understanding I went to seek advise, I went to Nottingham Law Centre and the information they truly helped me with, I was told she used bully tactics and false information in getting me out of my tenancy early, but to my tenancy agreement was till April the 28th 2024, if i was to agree to carols request housing aid couldn’t of helped me and she would of made me intentionally homeless. With the emails I have she soon changed her tune and tried to use kindness to say she wasn’t doing anything like that. But email I have does, but what confused me was the call from not a FHP Living number but her mobile, when I asked for the recording from the call she made to me, she said she didn’t have it because it wasn’t the office line but her mobile. Because my complaints from the issues I had from this Flat which wasn’t just the ventilation from the bathroom, or the washing machine it was the damp and mould around my bedroom window which made my bedroom smell like damp and mould, but was always cold which made me very ill. Because i was ignored I went to a solicitors to help me with the issues facing the flat, from the explanation to my solicitors they contacted FHP Living. I then was met with two directors from FHP Living and the maintenance team. Luke Pritchett and a lady called Laura. Who came to the house to view and see if my complaints was true. I was with my business partner who also can confirm what we witness during that view. I then got a email from Luke stating nothing was wrong with the flat. I can go on, but can’t. All in all do not use this company.
