I recently procured the services of the lettings team and I was very impressed with the results. Having initially spoken with Alison; I was referred to Maisie who found me a good tenant and was knowledgeable and personable throughout. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend!

Used the on line viewing to get an appointment at St David's Grove, Lytham Saint Annes FY8 2QR got a auto reply asking for more details ect which was filled in. Tried phoning 3 times no answer, still no contact what so ever So have gave up with this property.

Frank Wyles recently sold my flat and from the initial visit from Frank himself through to the sale going through they were excellent . Frank gave some very good advice regarding the price of the flat and things I could do to make it more saleable and Jackie in the office was a star keeping me informed with regular updates as the sale was progressing . I would thoroughly recommend
