I had a very positive experience working with Michael Dell and the team at Go View.
Although we ultimately did not secure a tenant, Michael consistently demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and integrity throughout the process. What stood out most was his willingness to provide straightforward advice, even when it wasn’t necessarily in his own commercial interest.
Michael took the time to review applicant information, discuss concerns in detail, and provide honest feedback rather than simply encouraging me to accept unsuitable tenants. I always felt that he was looking at the bigger picture and helping me make informed decisions.
When another agency refused to return my property keys, Go View stepped in and collected them on my behalf, despite having no obligation to do so. That level of customer service and professionalism is rare and very much appreciated.
Michael was always approachable, responsive, and willing to make time for a phone call when I needed guidance. His honesty and practical advice gave me confidence throughout what was often a challenging process.
I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and Go View to other landlords and would certainly consider them again in the future, including when the time comes to sell my property.

Go View managed my block of flats in Ealing in 2024,2025 and 2026. They were very good and I would recommend. Helpful and responsive notwithstanding some difficult circumstances. Joanna and Ricky kept me up to speed generally and also in an unexpected situation.
