Our experience with GoView London was exceptional. They found our "Forever Home" and then dealt with the sale of our London house. The sale was a very protracted affair, due to the purchaser's circumstances, but the team were patient and professional, proactively keeping us informed all the way through, and must have spent a lot of time helping and guiding the purchaser. GoView are our "GoTo" estate agents! Thanks guys!

Go View acted for the seller but, our buying experience was that they took a proactive project management approach to the sale and were instrumental in expediting the transaction. As a non practicing Chartered Surveyor I can confidently say that you get a very personal and local service here, in contrast to my experience with some of the larger chains of agents. Simon

Word of warning to those considering renting through GoView -- don't do it! We have just ended a year-long litigation process with this estate agency following the end of our tenancy.
For many years we rented through GoView. When we didn't have to deal with their property management team, we were quite content. However, things went sour when a property we rented was managed by the GoView and not the landlord directly.
The team was unresponsive, belligerent, and dishonest. We experienced numerous issues throughout our tenancy, from mice in the flat to no heating for a month (during winter) to broken white goods that went unrepaired. Not to mention the lack of respect for our privacy and quiet enjoyment of our home, verbal attacks, and unchecked aggression.
Fortunately, we knew our rights (and the law) and refused to give in to their bullying tactics.
Overall, a terrible experience that could have been avoided if GoView employed an ounce of professionalism and morality.
