Tries to find an apartment with this agency, the experience was unpleasant. It was wonderful until I paid the deposit- clearly the agent just wanted to protect the landlords right, push me to sign a contract that I was not agreed to, harassed me with multiple numbers, very unprofessional. He told me firmly that under any circumstances, I am not allowed to move out under the contract. Even the neighbourhood is not safe or my house got broke into. I didn’t have my deposit back even if I kindly asked them to give me my money back.

My experience with GoView started well thanks to Jesal, who was helpful and professional. However, dealing with Joanna Koperska was a completely different story. From the very beginning, Joanna was consistently rude and unprofessional in her communication, and things only got worse when it came to resolving issues with my deposit. The agency unfairly tried to deduct money for items left in a communal area, assuming they were all mine, despite my clear evidence to the contrary. Instead of admitting their mistake, they accused me of lying and neglecting responsibility, even though I was the only one who was honest and transparent throughout the entire process.
Joanna, in particular, was unhelpful, evasive, and failed to properly address the actual issues. Rather than acknowledging their wrong assumptions, she would deflect and refuse to engage with the facts I presented. It's evident that she sets a poor example for the rest of the team, as she seems more interested in making a commission than in helping tenants. This creates a culture where tenants are seen as a nuisance and their needs are not a priority.
It took nearly four months to get my deposit back after a lengthy dispute, which I won. If you're looking for a fair and professional agency, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Buying through GoView was in the whole pretty good. Helyn was proactive in providing a link between our side and the vendors solicitors and without her providing that function things could have gone wrong just relying on solicitors communications. Some delays from goview like getting the keys on completion day and being told that our offer was accepted was about a day after the fact. Would definitely use again though.

Don't believe everything they tell you over the phone and ask they put it in the contract or in writing. Lied about when keys were returned so they could charge more rent and they failed to carry out maintenance a number of times leaving us with no hot water and heating for weeks. I would never do business with them again. Stay away!

Joe is one of a kind. He was always super responsive to all our emails and he went above and beyond with dedication and professionalism. What we really liked about him is his honest, trustworthy and friendly attitude. He really made us feel like he was our “dedicated” consultant and we are very pleased with the whole experience.
Even though we ultimately ended up deciding on another property, we will definitely be contacting him if we were to relocate in the future and suggest him to our friends.

Joe is kind and helpful to me when showing the properties for rent. He is punctual and professional looking. He is not that outspoken with regards of telling the features of the place at first instance, but, when I asked him questions, he is reassuring and good in filling up the information.
What needs to improve:
In my experience, (not in general), good communication between the client and GoView should be more emphasised and practiced. Instructions should be laid out to possible customers carefully, next steps should be told or if there’s any delay on the process then updates should be given. Be proactive enough to call the client, not the client to call the agent. It is understood that the staff takes essential days off, but any unfinished work should be endorsed.
Overall, I hope things should be improved for smooth service delivery, and I would not hesitate to recommend the team for still getting the job done.

We had a couple of viewing with Adam and from the moment we met him we understood he is such a nice person. He is not one of those typical agent who thinks they know everything about properties and try to convince you to like anything they show. Instead he is very honest and listened to our concerns highlighting positives aspects of the flats we were visiting but also understanding what we thought were negatives and together talking about solutions but we never felt under the pressure of saying ok , even of we don't believe so( this happen a.lot with other agents) . We only had one day visiting with Go View but can already say that is a 5 star experience and we hope to have more and maybe finding the flat we would love to live.

We had the pleasure of working with Go View London, Paul Harty and Roman Skreta, to find our first home in London.
For first time buyers like us, buying a flat in London can prove to be a roller coaster ride and a very emotional one! We were coming from a dreadful experience where we ended up having to rescind the contract and get our deposit back.
We were back to square one of our search again, which was not easy especially during covid19. The first flat that Roman and Paul showed us really 'wow-ed' us and we immediately made an offer.
The end to end process from offer to getting the keys were seamless. Paul and Roman are quite responsive to emails, and made sure that both seller and buyer are on track in getting all the inquiries and legal stuff sorted out.
Overall, we are really happy with our experience with Paul and Roman. We are quite happy with the outcome. Certainly, Paul and Roman turned our home buying journey from an awful to a pleasant one. We couldn't thank them enough.

My wife and I stumbled upon Go view London by pure chance and I'm so glad that we did. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and listened to. Michael Dell and Morne Ackerman showed us a rental property that had just opened up and it was perfect for us. From the first viewing of the rental property, we fell in love with the flat and decided to put down a deposit straight away. Fortunately our offer was accepted.
The entire process from viewing the property to signing the rental contract took only 6 days. We are now living in a beautiful rental property and couldn't be happier.
A special mention to Michael Dell and Morne Ackerman who were clear and responsive with their communication and very efficient (despite their busy workload) throughout the entire experience. They addressed any concerns we had via email or telephone until we were satisfied with signing the contract.

I should warn anybody coming into business with Go View based in Acton. I was requested by the agent to make a bank transfer (Dutch account??) in order to submit my application for a flat to rent in the area. After many days waiting for the reponse of the landlord, my offer was accepted with some changes to the lenght of the tenancy (36 months with 2 year break clause) which I didn't agree. I requested a change for a year break clause and the agent said the landlord wouldn't accept. I said that I would not proceed with the application and I requested my refund. Magically, then they offered me the flat with the new changes. I said no thank you. I can't do business with people that change their minds like that. My refund was never paid back into my account (£310) with the excuse that they actually took the flat from the market, etc. I found this completely outrageous as we never agreed to anything! and I am planning to take it further as they illegally took money from me!
