The agents who I dealt with were always friendly and professional. Olivia was very responsive during the whole process and helped to chase the process through with the buyers’.
However, the valuation I was given was too high and I was forced to reduce the price to get a sale.

The agents were all very helpful and very knowledgeable of the local area. As I do not live close by they took care of all the viewings but notified me of each one and also provided feedback. Very good service so far.

Valued, marketed and sold a house as a standard construction property. It turns out to be a non-standard construction, that requires a non-standard mortgage and non-standard insurance. I can't re-mortgage or sell the house, let alone for the price I paid. From a first time buyer with money in the bank, to the brink of bankruptcy in less than two years. After following the complaints procedure I was left with 'resolution' that amounts to we didn't know, so we don't care. The devastating financial loss and emotional distress has been handled despicably. No regulation, no liability, no care or concern.

Made me feel like I could not ask for the price of the house to be dropped favoured the seller over me buying I had to keep chasing the agents for updates made my experience not easy also very blunt and rude st times. Avoid
