Valued, marketed and sold a house as a standard construction property. It turns out to be a non-standard construction, that requires a non-standard mortgage and non-standard insurance. I can't re-mortgage or sell the house, let alone for the price I paid. From a first time buyer with money in the bank, to the brink of bankruptcy in less than two years. After following the complaints procedure I was left with 'resolution' that amounts to we didn't know, so we don't care.
