House was an absolute mess, previous tenants stuff left and didn't bother giving a check over or clean before we moved in. Repairs list endless and neighbours were the only positive thing. Told us at least 7 tenants who've all left early never had their repairs listened to either. They only care for money and make you feel horrible because they can't look after their own properties. The company has changed its name but nothing has changed running away from their £1.3 million debt what makes the tenants any different to them. AVOID

Now trading under “point to home”
Taken hundreds of deposits from tenants and left landlords without the money they are owed. Disgrace of a company owing out over £1million but have gone into liquidations running away from their debts not caring about their clients!! Steer clear of home point or “point to home” it’s basically a legal scam!

Hi I am totally disappointed after long time waiting for refund deposit money.Today Angela send me emails (so sorry no refund ) actually i didn't move this property just less than few hours I enter this property. Property it's so dirty and I quickly contact home point estate agents and later send picture about these issues and request cancel the contract and refund money by mistake I signed documents without second view .I lost my money so my advice be careful before signed the contact I am not Happy????????????

As with other reviewers I am a landlord struggling with homepoint. They have taken rent and not passed it on to me. They don’t do repairs on my property and they don’t send inspection reports. Do not use this company.
