We had been looking for a house for months and viewed houses with all estate agents in the Leatherhead, Bookham and Fetcham areas. I couldn’t recommend Huggins Edward’s & Sharp Bookham enough. From the first viewing Nick was honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Nick ensured that the whole buying process was as straightforward as possible and kept all parties well informed. By far the best estate agents we have ever used (we’ve sold and bought multiple house previously) and would recommend them to anyone.

The only quality agents in Bookham and only ones I would recommend if you want to sell. Angela and Nick were exceptional with many years experience between them which meant I trusted their opinions and views, I felt in good hands. They were honest, friendly and had integrity which were not normally words associated with estate agents.
I’ve had experience of all agents on Bookham high street but it was only Angela and Nick who really took time to understand my position, listen, advice and stay in contact even if there wasn’t much of an update. They went above and beyond providing helpful guidance and advice when there were hiccups and quite crucially helping communicate between parties when things weren’t moving as quickly as desired - most agents don’t do this and pass it off to sales progressors. I have particularly valued having a relationship with Nick and Angela from start to finish which separates Huggins from the bigger chains. Maintaining relationship and contact between vendor and buyer is the difference between selling and not selling both did this exceptionally well.
Special mention to Angela who gave me a lot of her time when things got stressful but they both had patience of saints. Nick and Angela would be my first choice for selling again and highly recommend to others.

Absolutely abysmal service from the Lettings Team - Landlords/Tenants I would avoid. I called on 3 separate occasions to arrange a viewing for an advertised property and received no response. I then submitted a contact form via Rightmove yet still received no response - several days after the initial enquiry we were able to book a viewing - the viewing was conducted by a member of staff who was from a different branch who knew no information about the property. An email was sent with a list of questions and queries to Charlie from the lettings team with no response 5 days later I again called and made contact to be told the property was still available but the lettings teams don't work certain weekdays or weekends. Complaint submitted to the branch and recommendations sent to ARLA.

Horrible memories of a known to them developer bullying me to sell my house at well below the market value after a tragic few bereavements father mother aunt uncle husband just after marriage and being taken advantage of by a.probate solicitor who started to sell my marital home which had been the home of my recently married husband and his late mother for many years and then was becoming our marital home .Same Solicitor also sold my lifetime family home Oh terrible terrible memories that have left my life well scared and in tragedy actually.Strange world we live in that gets worse.
