I rented a house from this real estate. I can say that they provide good service in most cases. However, I was very disappointed with my experience with the hot water system. Before moving into the house, they said there was a central electric heating water system. However, we saw that the water pressure was insufficient. The estate sent a plumbing company called Provincial Plumbing Services Limited. As a solution, repairman Paul and his team installed a water pump that makes 60 decibels of noise in the middle of the house. The system broke down 8 times in 4 years. Even though I asked for a permanent solution every time, they found temporary solutions. We are tired of being left without hot water and having a repairman come to our house every few months. Unfortunately, we did not see a good customer relationship during this process.... Read more

Marlborough court Worst place ever to live. Consistent noise, very poor service. Place haven't repainted from last tenant inside has multiple colors of wall paint. Carpets lots of stains, not well maintained property. Agents not response quickly for emergency issues. I don't recommend this place to anyone... Read more

We had valuation done by this company and we are highly disappointed from the service we received. The agent was very arrogant and disrespectful towards us the clients. Very unprofessionally done job on very unreasonable charges. Stay far if you do not want to waste your money or lose a property.... Read more
