Went in to ask about a property and was met by one of the estate agents who was very rude and unhelpful the whole time was unbothered to help and would say they would get back in contact when we didn’t hear anything got in contact via phone and was told again they will get back to us it’s been 3 months all I have to say is the estate agents are Livermore’s Crayford branch are lazy. We are looking for our next home and have always found Livermores to have a great offering of homes. We recently viewed a home in West Dartford with Toby and he was so professional and knowledgable. The personal touch was that there was an all of the sudden thunderstorm and down pour as we were viewing the property and found ourselves sheltering under the outhouse roof at the end of the garden to which Toby found an umbrella in the house and ran it down to us at the bottom of the garden so we didn’t have to run back in the down pour!
