Excellent service. Was looking for a place to rent. A Lot of estate agents just prioritise the owner and don't really pay that much attention to the customers viewing/renting. Livermore made the whole process from viewing to moving in easy, very professional and efficient. Again, from viewing to moving in, I had one contact (Ray Shukla) who was exemplary. Everytime I sent an email, the very fast response(even outside of office hours) was very much appreciated .

Hi I have put the offer that’s what they sad to me And they just said to me is sold How can something be sold without letting me know we have someone offered more money and I said I will pay more for it they said no They got some cash from the buyer so never trust Livermore in Crayford I will be writing to the seller to say I have offered more for the property but they been paid not to come back with my offer forward
I will be sharing all in Crayford community so they can see never to trust Livermore in Crayford

Livermores were chosen for the rental of a property in Joydens Wood, Ivan in the Bexley Office was excellent, explaining the terminology and guiding me through the process, supporting me all the way. Whilst renting Ian in the Dartford office was our day to day contact who was also excellent helping to deal with and resolve minor issues. The process between sales and administration at Livermores was seamless. Both offices were excellent in dealing with an array of situations. Following a period of Rental the house was put up for sale, again Ivan was thorough in helping to sell the property and went out of his way at times to help and advise, which was and is greatly appreciated. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Livermores to prospective Renters and House sellers and Buyers and pass on my sincere thanks to both branches. Mike
