Hi I have put the offer that’s what they sad to me And they just said to me is sold How can something be sold without letting me know we have someone offered more money and I said I will pay more for it they said no They got some cash from the buyer so never trust Livermore in Crayford I will be writing to the seller to say I have offered more for the property but they been paid not to come back with my offer forward

Fantastic service from Archie and his team in Crayford. Very prompt on any task at hand, nothing is ever too much of an ask, highly recommend using Livermores.
The only issue we had was with the progresser who made no attempt at getting to know us. Contacted us through the progressing app which was odd. Thankfully, Archie took over and was smooth thereafter.

Livermores helped us sell our home recently in Crayford. Though it took some time to sell due to the market at the moment, they never tired in finding us viewings and promoting our house on all the major websites.
Lisa, along with Joe were our main contacts and they were both brilliant, giving us great advice and support throughout the process of the sale. They even let us use their printer in the office as we didn’t have access to one easily - little things like that make all the difference!

I cannot recommend Livermoores enough, specifically because of the hard work of Liz, who progressed my sale.
They were fair on fees, highly communicative, took the time to understand my situation and navigate through what ended up being difficult sale circumstances. Liz was incredibly helpful every step of the way, and felt like I had someone very much on my side to guide me through and had my best interests at heart. Liz alone is the primary reason why I would recommend using Livermoores to anyone looking to sell their house in the area.
I would also recommend based on the work of Lisa who got the house to market and got a price agreed. She was unlike most estate agents and didn't feel pushy, understood the property and the nature of the sale.

I have used this agent now on multiple occasions in the last 12 years. Following the completion of a sale yesterday it was time to provide a review. On this occasion I had a buyer in 48hrs. They moved quickly to get it marketed and I had three viewings on day one. One of them increased their offer and the property was removed from the market on day two. Fantastic work Lisa! I would suggest if you are looking to book viewings to book directly with Livermores rather than through 3rd parties such as Zoopla and right move as they are much more responsive this way.

so l wasted so much time on this property because they dont know what they sell and obviously my solicitor will charge me for checking this too.

I recently moved out for the first time from my parents, it was all very scary and new but I found the perfect little starting point and found a flat in Dartford advertised by Livermores, The first meet to view the property was arranged and the Estate Agent turned up on time and they were really helpful in showing us the property and explaining how things worked. After we went to Livermores, paid the deposit passed the referencing we was designated our own Property Manager Stacy she was fantastic with us even when we had a few teething problems I always felt I could drop her an email or a phone call and she would come straight back with help or an answer or even a friendly reassuring chat. Unfortunately after a few months the flat did not meet our needs. Stacy tried her absolute hardest to find us somewhere else, was great with contacting our Landlord on our behalf and dealing with all the paperwork etc. For our first experience with renting I could not have picked such a better Company to use, so reasonable and helpful !!
I recommend this Estate agents so much and would give them 10 starts if I could, and if you do use them hopefully your be as lucky as we were to have Stacy as our property manager because i guarantee you a hassle free and great experience!!!

Livermores were absolutely amazing from the valuation right through to completion, my wife and I contacted Livermores after we had an offer accepted on a house we liked, we explained we needed our property on the market as soon as possible as we had already had an offer accepted, Jerry came to visit us that afternoon and our property was on the market that evening,
We had many viewings within the next few days and 5 different offers, our property had gone sold subject to contract in less than one week,
Communication was great throughout, any questions we had Jerry and his team were more than happy to answer them,

Livermores provided an excellent service, they were extremely Professional. Especially Lisa Harris whom I approached to help find the tenants, was efficient and able to deliver brilliant result with all 7 flats let out within a fortnight.
In fact, she was able to find multiple suitable fully vetted tenants for each flat so we were able to pick the suitable tenant.

I was delighted with the tenant find service offered by Livermores, in particular Lisa Harris. She really bothered to get to know me and what I was looking for. She negotiated a mutually agreeable package and before I knew it there were plenty of good quality viewings all undertaken by Livermores. I was kept fully informed at every stage and when I was offered a potential tenant Lisa did some checks to see if it would be a good fit which saved me time and them money.
