Dave Kunzi represents the very best of what the the estate agency field has to offer. Courteous/ prompt/ professional and clearly honest. Though the most recent meeting with him will not result in us listing our property due to a positive change in our circumstances , we would have happily listed with Dave and his team if things hadn`t altered.
We have however bought a property in the recent past from Dave and I am very confident to say any prospective client is in very good hands.

Unbelievably unprofessional and awful - avoid. I am currently trying to rid ourselves of them. They have had our prime property for 1 year and 7 months with no actual offers. The property photographs are far from anything a professional or anyone that cared would take - I have asked for new photos but they gave not been forthcoming. I can only presume these people are somehow involved in criminal devaluation and will be seeking further advice. Avoid.

From initial contact, to instruction, viewings and offers, we have been extremely impressed.
They have excellent systems and procedures, and all their staff are all beyond helpful and knowledgeable.
Lovett International has sold properties for us before, and we consider them to be the best agents in Bournemouth.
We cannot speak highly enough them, and wholeheartedly recommend them

Avoid wherever possible. Dreadful agency. Relocated 2023 & needed rental property to settle. Agents acted on behalf of Landlady were bad from the start. Reported poor water pressure & lack of hot water in Kitchen & Bathroom within 1st month of rental & it was never resolved the day I moved out.
Failed to mention that the building had a theft problem (Amazon deliveries etc), despite notices being on the entrance board - amongst other things.
Once I'd found & purchased a place of my own, offered no support despite allegedly being my contact with the owner. When I left, place was in better condition than when I arrived, however, as I had cleaned it & not a professional, this meant I was in breach of contract and was charged £250 - which fair enough, I should have read & accepted.
However, Landlady then claimed a further £150 for 'something or other'. Despite me sending photographic evidence, agency advised they were no longer involved & it was with Deposit Recovery.
As I could no longer be bothered to dispute (which I'm fortunate to be in that position as not all would be) I accepted 50% of my deposit return.
As a last resort, after accepting, I wrote x1 final Email to the agency (as previously mentioned, I never knew the Landlady), that they contact the owner, advise that despite acceptance, I still disputed 100% & would she consider donating that final amount to a Charity - RSPCC/RSPCA etc....unsurprisingly, I have not even received any comment or reply from the agency.
This about sums up their approach & as you may guess, they will never be selling the new property that I own!!!
