I found all the staff at Adams friendly and helpful.
I always felt welcome when I visited the office for advice or updates and I was never rushed by any member of staff when trying to sort out the problems that occurred during the process of my sale.
I didn't have to chase the staff for information and believe they went the extra mile, for me, to ensure completion in a timely way.
I would be happy to recommend the business to friends and family.

Jenny, Tara and Danielle have been completely wonderful. They’ve been helpful, friendly and reassuring. They recommended an amazing surveyor. Our move was particularly challenging and they were very supportive. I would recommend Adams.

I genuinely don't think we would have got this sale over the line had it not been for the sheer determination of the wonderful staff at Adams. To say it was tricky and drawn out would be an understatement. But throughout I had every confidence they were as determined to progress a sale as we were. Just fantastic

I first dealt with Danielle at Adams, who was so lovely and friendly from the beginning! She explained everything thoroughly and kept me up to date throughout. I also had contact with Tara and Jenny at the office who were equally as fantastic! Their communication was excellent, they always got back to me promptly and went above and beyond to support me not only with selling my property, but across the chain. Couldn't be more grateful to them and the Team at Adams!

Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!
