Just wanted to say what a fantastic experience we had with Adams for the purchase of our home… specifically Kate.
They weren’t even our hired estate agents but we communicated through them to purchase our home they were definitely the best by far!
Kate was beyond helpful, very understanding, ‘down to earth’ and her reliability and communication is second to none.
Made what was already a stressful process that bit easier and myself and my partner will be forever grateful. Kate is a credit to Adams and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you!!

I am really impressed with the customer service that Adams have provided, they are so efficient and on the ball! We have purchased through them, but if we look to sell in the future I most definitely will look to use Adams for the sale.

Adams Estate Agents have been managing 4 of my buy-to-let properties in the Widnes area since I first signed up with them in 2014. The whole team work so incredibly to manage them so so well in the 10 years I’ve been with them, I can’t fault them. We have a fantastic working relationship and the two ladies I deal with in Leah and Tracy are just fantastic to work with. If I have any queries or anything I need to ask them they always respond to my calls and emails and it’s always an absolute pleasure to work with them, they are so warm, friendly and understanding. As a landlord I honestly can ask for any more than that and I thank them all for all of the hard work they put in managing my properties which gives me an enormous sense of peace of mind. Thank you so much!

We were really impressed with Adams when selling our property, in particularly with their communication. They were brilliant at keeping in touch and communicating with us. If they hadn't needed to speak to us for a couple of weeks we'd get a phone call just to give a quick update. They were also active in keeping in touch with our buyer and both sets of solicitors. It made the sale process much easier for us.

They could not find a solution to any of the problems of the house I rented. No one calls when you complain. I was not satisfied at all. Especially a woman staff has very rude attitudes.
