Absolute crooks especially Nasser. Do not trust this agency. Lie and cheat.
Took rent and signed a tenancy agreement without the landlords permission. Then refused to deal with it.
Go elsewhere you have been warned!

I am writing this review to warn others not wasting their time with this estate agent and hope that vendors will not use them to sell their properties. This is a very rough and unreliable estate agent to the point you cannot believe it. I have wasted too much time, trying to buy a property advertised by PrimeLodge Estates. I called them multiple times at various times during the day and on different days as I really liked the property - it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for and in good location. They seldom picked up phone calls - a couple of times I was lucky to get someone to answer the phone, he asked me to leave details and told me someone would call me back - they never did. Then I was given a mobile phone number of an agent called Nasser whose phone is permanently off as someone already said on here ( which means he can call you back if he wants to but you can never reach him). He finally arranged a viewing but when I got there, the tenant was away and he did not have the key. Had to go back another time and it looked like the door was forced open and it's broken. I then made an offer, was told that he would get back to me the next working day after taking to the vendor. He never did. After a week waiting and multiple phone calls as I was also interested in another property and needed an answer from them before making an offer for the other one, I finally got a text message from him saying he would check and let me know, then I never heard from him again. The property is still on the market, has been on for at least 3 months already. The is a council tenant in there (they rent the flat to the council) who the agent said they could get rid of anytime without having to give a notice (!). They said they are Muslim and it was Ramadan so they took it easy but the Ramadan was well over when I put in the offer. Please do yourself a favour by staying away from this rough estate agent - you have been warned.

Late payment every single time. No management at all of the property and very lackadaisical attitude when you complain as the landlord. The most unprofessional outfit you can get anywhere.
They act like “We’ve got your property now, if you don’t like it - tough”.
Fighting to end the agreement and get my property back from them now and it’s not been easy! Absolutely horrible people!

If I could leave no stars for this agency I would. Nasser is completely unprofessional and always has some kind of excuse. In the summer I put in an offer for a property and was told that the owner had accepted my offer. I then heard nothing further from Nasser or his solicitor Mr. Moosa no matter how many times I called or left messages. I discovered in early December when I met the owner of the property that Nasser had NEVER presented my offer to him and his property is still sitting on the market. It is extremely unfortunate that for whatever reason the owner is unable to list his property with a more reputable agency and I dread to think how many potential buyers he has lost. Do not trust or believe any five star review this company receives.
