What a great team! James especially when we were buying our house in Chorleywood. The solicitor was incredibly slow, so slow in fact that after months of ringing (the solicitor) every day, we were about to loose the chain. At this point I realised we would need to find another solicitor— but that was proving impossible as the deadly slow solicitor problem was widespread. James came up with a solution — at last we had a solicitor with a Secretary instead of a junior clerk looking at emails once a week. Our house purchase went through. What a mission buying this house turned out to be! James worked so hard.

James and his team worked extremely hard from start to finish to sell the property and at a great price, whilst playing a pivotal role in building the upward chain to allow us to move. James was in regular communication, providing thorough updates on the process, ensuring all parties worked towards completion.

From the moment David came by to value and appraise the property it was clear that he and his team we focussed on working for us and giving us the best possible service. Once we were in a position to market the property every sales staff member came to the house and got to know us and the details of each room and feature. There was genuine enthusiasm and energy for finding us a buyer. Regular updates, phone calls and discussions about strategy we always conducted with respect and honesty. Very few time wasters made it through the door and we were delighted to work with them.
