I sold my house with Thomas H Wood in September last year. They were fantastic throughout, in particular when my buyer dropped out, they were able to find me a new buyer within about 24 hours. Annamarie was very friendly and great at keeping me updated throughout the process too. A special mention too for Simon, he is so knowledgeable about houses in the area that I was looking at buying. It seems like he knows the history and details of almost all houses in Whitchurch! He was also very patient when I asked him for advice about properties I was interested in and helping me find what I was looking for.

Very positive experience selling property with Thomas H Wood Estate agents. Lots of informative advice provided from the point of valuation to the eventual sale. Communication with the staff was good all of the way through the process. Would recommend this estate agents.

Selling my mother's house after she passed away (& the house I grew up in) was always going to be a difficult task, but all the staff at Thomas H Wood were fantastic. The advice was clear, professional and positive, and the valuation was realistic.
They were recommended to us, after other family members were in a similar situation, and we would certainly recommend to anyone else looking to sell.

Thomas H Wood were brilliant when dealing with the selling of our property, especially when it was dragged out because of the buyer’s incompetent solicitor.
A special thanks to Charlotte in particular who made it happen and rang daily to push the buyers solicitor along and updating me at every step. She is the best.
I highly recommend using them if you have a property to sell and would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again for all your help. ????
