Terrible service!! staff were patronising and happy to let paying tenants live in unhealthy, mouldy conditions. We were advised this was due to our 'living habits', despite many tenants in the building experiencing the same issue, and the flat having no ventilation and very old, inadequate, heating. Staff suggested we keep the windows open (all day, in the middle of winter, whilst working from home) to prevent condensation. When a formal complaint was raised, the person who dealt with the complaint was one of the staff we were complaining about, and many of the points raised (for example our clothes and brand new furniture being damaged by the mould) were ignored.
