Not happy about this agency. We rented through them for over three years and we always paid our rent on time and never caused any issues. However when it was time to leave the flat they made up that my housemate owed some money, if that was the case why didn't they address the issue straight away? There was a contract with the amount to be paid and they said that it was not correct, they even made up some emails (we have proof) where they wrote a different amount. How is this allowed when you deal with an agency? Shouldn't there be more control? Also when we were in the flat there was a massive mould issue in the bathroom, I addressed the problem during one of the inspections (they usually did one every six months more or less) and they told me that it's a common issue and nothing could be done. So I had to buy with my own money a dehumidifier to allow us to have a decent and healthier bathroom! They also let us live in the flat without hot water/heating for more than 2 weeks in December 2022, we made the first call to address this on 15th December and they contacted the landlord on 30th December, then it took some more time to change the boiler.
