They are great depending on what you want...
They will market your house quickly, elicit offers quickly, get a decent price, so basically they can see snow to Eskimos.
But their back of house sale progression side of things seems non existent, I've always had to chase them for info, sometimes more than once, I don't think I have had a call from them that wasn't initiated by me needing to know where we are.
