We instructed Whitton & Laing to conduct an RICS survey of our property - primarily for lease compliance - in April of this year.
Whitton & Laing appointed Mr. Martyn Burnett, MRICS, to conduct the survey. Martyn was professionalism personified and despite difficult circumstances between his clients (us) managed to navigate the situation impeccably.
He has produced a thorough and comprehensive review whilst maintaining balance and consideration for all parties. He is a credit to Whitton & Laing and we are very grateful to have had his services.

The literal embodiment of why estate management companies have a poor reputation. 6 estate managers in 6 years. No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.

Exceptional service! Dealing with Leanna and Katie, was an absolute breeze, and worth every penny. They both truly went above and beyond to secure the perfect tenants for all our properties. Due to Whitton and lang closing, we have to move to another estate agent, thanks to their recommendation we have now find another agent.
