21st Oct 2019 (5 years ago)Haart Stopsley were really good even though they were more expensive than other localling agents. My agent Brian at the branch was extremely helpful, making sure he always replied to any queries or questions promptly and efficiently.
23rd Nov 2024 (22 weeks ago)We have recently sold our house and bought our forever home using Jackson- stop! We found Jackson- stop a proactive and professional estate agent to with. Anthony especially who we mainly delt with was always available to talk too, and did everything he could to keep everyone in the chain happy. All staff had a friendly manor, emails and phone calls always being returned promptly.

They work so well as a team that everyone is well informed and each of them is equally able to assist with any queries. They work quickly and efficiently on everything they do which resulted in the speedy sale of our property at the right price. What more can I say!?

2nd Mar 2019 (6 years ago)As an estate agent they have been really good property sold in two weeks and they helped with everything along the way. They are friendly helpful and offer good advice. I would say though the conveyancing is not worth the extra money nearly £2000 more than most the others and have not done anything spectacular to justify that additional cost.

26th Jun 2021 (3 years ago)If you are selling your house in the Arlesey area, in my opinion, you would be mad not to use Gothic Estates. They not only have the lowest fees they give by far the best service of any estate agent I have ever bought or sold with. I never had to chase them once for information, they were always keeping us up to date throughout the process. I can honestly say if it were not for them chasing solicitors up and down our chain there is either a good chance our chain would have fallen apart or we would have moved many, many, weeks later than we did. From great pragmatic advice to open and honest conversations it has been a pleasure to work with Gothic Estates throughout the process they are an example to the industry and a rare gem.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
31st Mar 2025 (29 days ago)Express agency. Took a long time to advertise my property. Poor quality viewers and don’t seem to be vetted properly, had to provide Own photos and deal with viewings myself and yet charged the 1.5% commission rate. Valuation completely innacurate and had to lower the price twice due to unfamiliarity of the local market. Never will i go for an online estate agency based in the north. That aspect of it should not be allowed. Potentially wasted 2 months of mortgage without rent due to poor level of standards from EXpress Agency. Excellent communications - fast and reliable and kept on top of it throughout the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend Vicki, Helen and the team at VLS. I know who I'll be using if / when I come to sell my home!
