9th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Dreadful experience with Surrey and Hampshire estate agent in Godalming. I put an offer in on a flat which was accepted and had no correspondence from the agent whatsoever. I even paid for a full survey and didn’t hear back from them… sent many E-mails and left many messages. Very frustrating since I found out at a later stage they sold it?! Why not keep me informed? The middle aged guy who works for them I believe is not to be trusted. He buys up many properties cheaply for himself and rents them out. I wouldn’t be surprised he scooped the flat I wanted at a lot cheaper price. The estate agents are unprofessional and hope and pray I never deal with them ever again!
31st Oct 2020 (3 years ago)In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING. All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property. After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions of interest. Their Customer Service is absymal. Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to. Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent. There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.
21st Oct 2020 (3 years ago)Initially sold our house in 48hours, then lost our buyer and had 56 viewings in 4 weeks. Woodlands have been great, stayed positive when we were fed up and have been easy to work with. Highly recommended
