She communicated regularly keeping me informed of progress and chasing buyers when I became frustrated by stalling techniques.
16th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)From the moment my property went on the market I never heard from Dowen again other than to tell me if I had a viewing. I might aswell have put the house up for sale myself. £1200 for what? Putting it on Rightmove? Photos were terrible, he said he would come back when it was sunny to take some more. Never heard from him... Appalling customer service, no call backs just nothing, no personal touch at all. Would never use again, there are plenty of better local estate agents out there who would take much better care of you for a lot less money.

21st Jun 2020 (3 years ago)Secured one viewing only, lined nothing else up, didn’t go out of their way to secure viewings, used all the we are fab patter when actually they weren’t and we’re rude at times. New agent sold our house in 2 weeks! 16 weeks with them and they secured one viewing! Their premium service which we paid for was a waste! Over priced and over rated agents!

(2 reviews)12th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.

Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.
