I wish I read these comments on Google before I signed the contract, but I am glad that I am no longer live in the crap flat anymore. The flat I rented was not fully cleaned and got many minors but really annoying problems. I never get phone reception which its fine, BUT the internet will strike couple of times per week, and before I ended my contract, the internet stoped working for more than one week!!!!! You probably think, you may rent a different property and i am just unlucky. But I have contacted the agency via phone and email several times ask for fix the problems in my flat, sometimes they give you response and sometimes they dont. The responses you get, at most of the time are same, which its 'they dont care'. Eventually, you finish the contract and leave the property for god sake. Just like the previous comments, maybe all the agencies are same, but this one just worser. So be careful when you choose to rent or buy property from O1.... Read more

I wouldn't recommend those guys to prospective tenants and they don't seem to be good for the landlords either. We've had a place rented through them for over two years. The contract drawn is probably the least comprehensive one I've seen, which isn't great for either the tenant or the landlord. Furthermore while terminating the lease they were difficult to get a hold of to take the keys and the person taking the keys couldn't care less. They wanted us to drop the keys through the doors, which would offer us no security or confirmation of the keys being passed on. All in all having dealt with a number of agents as a tenant they were probably ones of the worst I've had.... Read more

House wasn't very clean when first moved in. I have reported several cases of mould in the bathroom and my bedroom (which bordered with the bathroom). I had to move my bed across the room as the condensation made my bedding damp and I was facing mould on the wall. After moving the bed, more mould appeared. I have reported this several times via email - no response. I called, a lady jotted down my concerns and said she'll look in to it - no further communication. Sink in the bedroom never worked - also reported it and received no reply. One of the kitchen appliances started blowing the fuses resulting in no electricity or working washing machine. AGAIN, called the agency immediately, they said they'll send a maintenance guy - no one turned up. In the end we had £500 deducted from our deposits. After contacting all certified deposit protection scheme providers I learnt that our deposits were not protected in the first place. Keep your deposits safe - don't rent from 01 Property Lettings.... I used 01 Property Letting to find my student house this year. They were really helpful, and really reasonable for the service you get. They are not a student agency, so you get treated like any other tenant, but they do do student discounts, so you dont have to pay the full amount. I am so happy with the house I have and the continued support I get from the agency if and when things go wrong. I would definately recommend them to a friend.... Read more
