Paul Bott is an 'old school' agent who prides himself on providing a high quality personal service, meeting potential buyers himself rather than delegating to the usual bored or over keen teenage recruit you get with most agents.

We're so glad we went with them. They instilled confidence from day one, were available 24/7 (literally), were in touch constantly to give updates and feedback. They were accurate in valuing the house and subsequently sold the house in two and a half weeks.

Both Paul and Kathy were excellent and managed to navigate the sale of my house through the toughest of conditions. They are extremely efficient and communicate very well. They kept me up to date at every stage of the process and managed the whole sale expertly. I can highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, after paying a holding fee based on what the agent had told me - that the flat was unfurnished and in parking zone H - both of these key points about the property were incorrect and ultimately meant we were unable to continue with the move in. We were refused a refund on our holding fee, even though we'd been sold lies based on the incompetence of the agent. Incredibly unprofessional way of dealing with issues they had caused.

I have no hesitation in recommending Paul Bott & Company to any prospective seller based on my own experience with them. From the outset Ollie (my allocated agent) provided invaluable advice regarding marketing my property. The process was slick and within a week I had two cash buyers competing to purchase my property. Since the sale was agreed, Ollie and the rest of the team at Paul Bott & Company have continued to keep me updated with how the conveyancing is progressing which is a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Five star service from a local estate agent.
