Just completed the sale of a property I owned in Hatch End. I found the whole team at Gibbs Gillespie to be knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. Particular thanks to Sinead English and Irene Treveil. All went through smoothly, I was updated constantly along the way, and I would definitely go straight back to them if and when I am selling again.

We have had a really bad experience with Gibbs Gillespie Pinner on what should have been a very exciting period for us purchasing our first property. We had numerous occasions where we were told that they would be returning our call but never did and we had to again and again chase.
Had this been the only issue I would have accepted it however when we did get through or get a phone call returned the agents were rude and made us feel like we were bothering them. Lauren, Danny and Ellie never returned any calls.
The only person who was willing to help and was always respectful and polite was Thomas who would return our calls and help us as much as he could.
Even when the funds were transferred and the sale complete, when I queried when I could pick up my keys as confirmed by my solicitors, they simply stated that I could not pick them up yet. I then had to go back to my solicitors who contacted the sellers solicitors who were more helpful and confirmed I could collect my keys from them.
They made the process more difficult for me and given they were making such a large commission, it is not an agent I would recommend and I will ever use

Great communication, personable and we got a great outcome. We can't thank them enough.
From initial contact it was clear that the Sinead & team understood the local market and how we could acheive purchasing our dream home and selling ours in what might be a tough market. From understanding our home and taking onboard all points to ensure we found the right buyer. The transparency throughout the process made it very easy and stress free.

I would like to give Gibbs a 5 star for their professionalism and their quick turn around. They aren't pushy like few others out in the market. They give you enough time to think over the most important decision of your life and are very patient with their viewings before you take a final call. Thomas and Sinead from Gibbs pinner branch have been very helpful with my search and offer. I wish Gibbs all the best and would highly recommend.

Great clear marketing emails showcasing various properties, with a clear website design, and good communication throughout the process of purchasing a property. I would highly recommend using them, and a big shout out to our Sales Manager Sinead who showed such kindness!

I highly recommend Gibbs Pinner
I sold my first home and used the team at Gibbs Pinner and from there mannerisms to the professional attitude they had I couldn’t have gone better,
Danny was very polite and great to deal with made the whole process very pleasant from getting it on the market to sale agreed, once sale agreed the after care treatment of Irene was brilliant she really made the whole conveyancing process a lot easier and was great to deal with, my solicitor was great but really think she made it a lot easier due to buyers solicitor being quite difficult to work with, without her I think it would have been harder, her communication to work ethic was great she really brought it together and made it go trouble free with getting it to then sold
First time selling a home and it couldn’t have happened as great as it was without Danny Tj and Irene thank you all again wish you all the best
