Am so disappointed in this letting company. I viewed a property with them on 19th August 2024. They told me to fill an offer form which I did on 21st August 2021. They promised I was going to get the property and asked that I wait for them to get back to me after taking copies of my passport, bank statement, payslips. I kept waiting and week after week I kept calling them. After 3 weeks of waiting, they still asked me to wait for another week. Eventually they called me on 14th September telling me the Landlord will like to schedule a zoom meeting with all those interested in the property. I agreed because they had promised I will get the property and I'd been waiting for almost a month. Until Today, 26th September 2024, I've received no zoom call from the landlord and the property is showing on rightmove as off the market. This is terrible thing to do to people. Please don't promise people and then treat them anyhow. You made me waist a lot of time and now I have to start looking for another property with the limited time that I have. You didn't even deem it right to inform me that you're giving the property out to another person. I would've still been waiting if not that I found it out myself plus you took sensitive information of me knowing that you won't give me the property. Very terrible attitude indeed. I would never recommend their services to anyone.... I would give zero star if is possible.

I identified a rental property through Rightmove, which was being managed by Coopers. Throughout the process from the beginning till I moved in, the agent, Shivani, had been very helpful and responsive. She acted as a conduit between me and the landlord and ensured all my queries were answered.
The only slight inconvenience I faced was with their move-in partner, TenantShop, who I felt were a bit pushy into taking utilities and insurance plans through them. Going through them is totally optional, and if you have the time and patience to hunt around, you may be able to get better deals elsewhere.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Coopers for moving into my new rental property.

Seldom would I imagine leaving a positive review, but the level of service I have received from Max Zottola, Lettings Consultant at Coopers in Pinner warrants it.
The irony is, I was only renting a garage to house a classic car, however, Max acted throughout as if I was renting a mansion!
I'm a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years' experience globally as a property professional, totally impressed by this young man's level of customer service, courtesy and prompt responses.
It's very reassuring professionally, that this young man provides an exemplary level of customer service. Delighted to post this review, even if it makes him cringe with embarrassment!!

I have found Oliver at Coopers Pinner very friendly and helpful every time I speak with him. He would go that extra mile to help me as much as possible and keep in touch by phone and email to update me immediately on any suitable properties that come up and arrange a viewing when convenient for me. Dipesh's expertise in estate management reflects through his vast experience, and he has navigated the ever-changing real estate landscape with ease ensuring that my property is well-maintained and managed. Coopers have always kept me well-informed about any issues that have arisen and swift action taken with my consent. Their communication and transparency have been greatly appreciated.
I wish to praise to Chloe since in her efforts as a negotiator. Despite the challenging times we've faced with fluctuating interest rates in 2023, Chloe managed to secure a double digit rent increase for my property this year. I had to be understandable and reasonable in my expectations and her negotiation skills and dedication to maximising my returns, as well as tending for the tenants in my property have been truly commendable.

Had a great experience with the entire process of renting a new home. Shivani was amazing, always responsive and answered all my questions almost instantly. One year later...
Great experience with Anne who is my property manager. She is very responsive and extremely kind in all our exchanges and always resolves any problems that I have. I am able to experience my home without intrusion which isn't always the case with other agencies or private landlords. I have renewed my tenancy easily for another year and I am very happy with the agency overall, specially Anne for making my life (and my kitty's) life so much easier.

Wonderful experience with my new property manager Chloe. Always extremely responsive and so nice and very respectful of my property when she came.
As I am moving to another city I have had to (unfortunately) give my notice and Chloe has been super helpful since, answering all my queries and making my last couple of months at my place stress free.
