Fantastic experience.
The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Kept in touch with me every step of the way and informed me of any changes as soon as they happened. Staff are all extremely pleasant and I’ll be using them again in the future.

Liars and bullies . Not nice people at all . Sorry I ever rented through 24 7 Properties and do not know who they think they are and they do not care about anyones rights .

BE VERY AWARE OF THESE UNSCRUPULOUS FRAUDSTERS!
They come across so friendly and professional till you give notice at the end of your lease, then they go all out to keep your deposit and making up all sorts of claims on damage and imperfections to the Safe Deposit Scotland Scheme, even though the issues were already noticed and raised with the estate agent on our moving in day. They're an absolute joke 24/7.
DO NOT EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!

Horrible horrible agents, I am writing this review on behalf of my sister who privately rents a flat, they have no respect for tenants and they treat them with contempt and can be quite rude. I cannot understand why people are commenting that they are nice and work well with customers, I cannot understand it. I don’t know how this agents is still open.

Really smooth move from start to finish. Easy application, viewing arrangements and tenancy signing. Had minor issues moving in (expected when moving into any new property)'but they were rectified within minutes.
Would highly recommend Susan and her team at the Kilmarnock office.
