Horrible horrible agents, I am writing this review on behalf of my sister who privately rents a flat, they have no respect for tenants and they treat them with contempt and can be quite rude. Really smooth move from start to finish. Easy application, viewing arrangements and tenancy signing. Had minor issues moving in (expected when moving into any new property)'but they were rectified within minutes. Would highly recommend Susan and her team at the Kilmarnock office.... Read more

1. Haggle to pay for paint for fence 2. Haggle to get repairs done / completed 3. Took over 3 weeks to finally receive an email to confirm accommodation, please don’t act like you did me a favour, it’s your responsibility as the property agent to supply any person with documents required for visa applications. 4. Declined pets, my children required a support animal a kitten to be exact. 5. Gave one month notice then had the cheek to charge us for days we were not at the property. 6. Had to beg to get the deposit back. after listing the above do you think you deserve a 5 star? You can keep your coffee, I know where my family presents are not wanted!! ——————————————————————— I rented one on the properties in Kilmarnock a few years back I recently asked for a review from my rental cv to my shock I was given a 3/5 ???? we never paid rent late even though Covid we did not ask for support we looked after the property like it was our own left plants behind and build a little deck outside we left the property in better standards that it was given to us, I honestly feel the 3 start is a poor grade one of the staff members must have a grip with legit people who have paid a lot of money to immigrated to this country!!... Kyle at 24/7 has been so kind and helpful. He is a lovely Man. However... I would have appreciated more timely feedback regarding 2 recent viewings. Just being totally obdurate. Not sure if Kyle deserves that. But just saying. This sale is completely about my severely and significantly obtunded brother, Fraser. Kyle has accommodated our needs, above, and beyond. Even took the time to remove accoutrements of disability, even the smelly ones off his own back ie the commode. He didn't have to do that... but... he did. He is a total Star. He cannot knit footfall. Come on Guys? Don't be corporate and dismissive of the Good Guys. He is trying SO hard on our behalf. Jesus... let him be... take the pressure off.
