Attended a viewing of a flat with my daughter in the hopes of getting her first home. We dealt with John, who was extremely helpful and a great character. John was very friendly and gave me daughter helpful advice about moving in to her own home. We are very happy and excited for her to be starting out on this new adventure and will hopefully have the keys to the flat this week. A very prompt service from 247 property.

Wow what can I say other than Louise Gordon at 24/7 has been amazing in making sure we found the right tenant for our property in Sandyhills. Even when we were not quite ready she always contacted us for updates and for her also to keep us right and pointing in the right direction. I have had 24-7 Property Scotland Ltd for many years and for numerous properties. My wife, prior to her death, started using them nearly 20 years ago. They are meticulous, filling very quickly the properties as they become empty though a number of tenants have been in for many years giving trouble free tenancies. I am abroad a lot and 100% confident in their proven ability for reliabilty, quality of service, communication and provision of monthly rental accounts. 24-7 offer quick and quality repairs, maintenance and redecorating services if required which i am availing myself of more and more with not being available to do them myself as much these days.
I would highly recommend this letting agency and their staff to anyone wishing the best sevice in the letting agency

My experience is very bad with this agency.
I will recommend to be very careful. They gave handover of property from existing tenant. I took key from them. I am not sure whether they follow exit process of previous tenant or not. When i exit they checked house conditions and charged me full deposit. I had mail them defect and issue of house when I entered still they charged me. I had all evidence of photo. Hence be careful with this agency. I have mailed them twice for pending settlement of rent and deposits. They not responded.

At first I was not comfortable with their Monthly Wednesday pay out schedule because it impacts on my mortgage's payment, however it looks like they are making the payment out quicker now. Had to delete previous review as Steven who was actually friendly and helpful has left. Landlords please beware about working with 247 especially Mark in the Glasgow office he is so rude and unhelpful, has actioned rent changes without my permission and doesn’t seem to do much else. I feel I am paying money for someone to be rude and patronising to me rather then a service. Once you are tied into a contract they feel they can do what they want with no customer service at all. Just seems like a rooky old fashioned type company tan by misogynists and I really regret ever working with them.

Lynsie found me a home having listened to my requirements. Once she found a property matching my needs I was able to exchange and complete within 4 weeks, in the main due to Lynsies consistently hard work. I am surprised to read the negative reviews regarding this company as I am a new landlord and 24-7 Property was the first company I contacted and they guided me through the whole process and have been nothing but helpful. They always respond to any queries I have and Caroline in accounts emails me every month with my statements. Would like to add to the comment that Dean wrote,
Dean was NOT aggressive over the phone because he didn't get a property, he phoned in excess of 3x to gain information regarding a property over several days because you're agents failed to do their job and call when they said they would. Upon the final call he was frustrated which is understandable but in no way was aggressive. Pull up your call records and listen to the call. The evidence speaks for itself.
Upon going to view a different property, your agent was extremely rude when approaching us. Dean explained why he was upset over the phone. Not once was he aggressive or use explicit language. Your agent clearly had personal issues, decided not to even show us the property and walked away. Extremely unprofessional.
When contacting the office to discuss this matter further, the company past us pillar to post and failed to call us back repeatedly, surprise surprise. They clearly want to rent to people that can have the wool pulled over their eyes.

The other reviews speak for themselves. They don't care. I also believe the man's name I dealt with was Barry. Never ever has experienced that executive, (who came for viewing) could be that Rude. He don't even wants to listen to you. His views are just like, if you don't like this flat, then don't even speak a single word about the property.
The guy has came to show the property at st Joseph Court is quite weird, Rude and Don't even know how to talk to the customers.

Mr & Mrs Wright (owners) are no better than conmen...check Companies House website and see how often they've changed the company name, ever so slightly (24.7, 24/7, 24-7 etc) so as to try attempt to avoid paying creditors . I won a court case against them but due to their 'suspect' business practices, ie. changing the company name constantly, the sheriffs couldn't enforce it, so I never recovered any losses. Be very wary if you have problems, as this company are owned by seasoned professionals who scammed me....

My 6 properties are being looked after by 24/7 and I can trust them to do a good job. Yes, little issues come up (rent not on time from tenant or tenant damage) but they deal with them quickly and without much hassle.

I've been using 24/7 for the last 12 months and my rents have come through on time, every month. They've saved me time and hassle as I'm abroad and can't be around to deal with tenants myself. I'm buying more property in the new year and will be using 24/7 to manage the tenants.

Been using these guys to look after my property while I work abroad. Have had no trouble at all. Rents are paid to me on time every month, and I get a statement on time. I can email them to ask about how the property is and get a timely response. Mark is good to deal with and pretty helpful. Their management fee is pretty low too!

Can only recommend , friendly helpful staff and great service. Already used their two branches and with both had very good experience. Like their website too, very straightforward when you apply for the flat, also like the option to make online payments.

Do not ever consider this agency! Please be aware of scums and if you ever come across them just run away. No deposit back! Awful behaviour on moving out the property! Those people should not do business at all! just avoid them to have easy life please!!!!!

If you are looking for a letting agent who likes to cut corners, leave you with unsafe boilers, ignore you and let properties from landlords not even registered, then look no further! These guys will have the full package. Repairs? What are those? They certainly don't know! Although apparently leaving a family with two young children with a boiler that is UNSAFE for months being fully aware and not returning calls or emails is perfectly okay! Although, they can be quick when it comes to chasing withheld rent though. And quick at issuing notice too. This letting agent is disgusting. These guys are unable to hit a reply button on an email, never mind manage a property and when they actually do replay they are unable to say more than "Noted." and then do nothing!
I was left with a boiler with no pressure regulation for 5 months, they knew about it and never fixed it despite me chasing constantly. Google it, this problem can result in boiler explosions, but they don't care whilst you pay rent. Not even an apology either, just a notice to quit.

Disgusting that these people are allowed to let out houses. They should be struck off the letting agents register or whatever it is called. I've been calling them about lack of heating and lighting in the house since before Christmas and not once have they returned my calls or emails. I'm taking this much further. Never EVER rent off these idiots.
