The woman who answers the phone in here is rude and obnoxious! Worst customer service ever, not sure how this business makes any money with this dragon answering the phone!! Take you business elsewhere!!!

My sister and I sold a property in Sandyhills with 24/7 property and it was a positive experience from start to finish.
We dealt with Steven Banks throughout and he was helpful and professional especially in marketing and advertising.
He was honest and upfront about costs ,lengths of time, etc,
I would recommend them to anyone selling a property in the East End

Dean was NOT aggressive over the phone because he didn't get a property, he phoned in excess of 3x to gain information regarding a property over several days because you're agents failed to do their job and call when they said they would. Upon the final call he was frustrated which is understandable but in no way was aggressive. Pull up your call records and listen to the call. The evidence speaks for itself.
Upon going to view a different property, your agent was extremely rude when approaching us. Dean explained why he was upset over the phone. Not once was he aggressive or use explicit language. Your agent clearly had personal issues, decided not to even show us the property and walked away. Extremely unprofessional.

When contacting the office to discuss this matter further, the company past us pillar to post and failed to call us back repeatedly, surprise surprise. They clearly want to rent to people that can have the wool pulled over their eyes.

AVOID.

Awful service. No callbacks, lots of hoop-jumping to get the service they are supposed to provide. Do NOT let from these people and do NOT let these people let your homes. Trust the reviews you read because these people really don't give a flying monkey about you.

Edit. Apparently I was aggressive because I told one of your staff members how unhappy I was with the lack of care I received when applying for a house through you? The other reviews speak for themselves. They don't care. I also believe the man's name I dealt with was Barry. I'm more than happy to have a call with you where you playback the phone call and we can listen to how incompetent the man I dealt with was. Awful service, save your time and money!

Never ever has experienced that executive, (who came for viewing) could be that Rude. He don't even wants to listen to you. His views are just like, if you don't like this flat, then don't even speak a single word about the property.
The guy has came to show the property at st Joseph Court is quite weird, Rude and Don't even know how to talk to the customers.
