Attended a viewing of a flat with my daughter in the hopes of getting her first home. We dealt with John, who was extremely helpful and a great character. John was very friendly and gave me daughter helpful advice about moving in to her own home. We are very happy and excited for her to be starting out on this new adventure and will hopefully have the keys to the flat this week. A very prompt service from 247 property.

Only one because I can't give 0. Unprofessional, judgemental, insensitive & manipulative. This place went way down hill when Vicki left. They keep information from both landlords & tenants. I was lucky to find a mutual contact with the landlord that was outwith 24/7 which then meant that the ALL information was being passed on & not just bits that suited to say. I will NEVER use this agent again & would advise all landlords & tenants to avoid. My daughter & I went through a horrible experience & all Susan & Gillian done was add more stress. They simply do not care. There was no compassion.
