Chased several times to get updates about a commercial property I enquired about. No response and just got ignored. Pretty sure it was because I questioned the building insurance that I was informed I would contribute to the landlord for. I mentioned about if there was a water leak under the floor who would be responsible and was told it would be me, but I’m paying towards their building insurance?! Better off looking elsewhere!... Been chasing since last year for repairs to be looked at.. 1 reply to the first email.... then nothing. not 1 word.... have emailed many times and absolutely nothing..... I bet they'd be in touch immediately if the rent wasn't paid, and they probably wouldn't appreciate being ignored while chasing payment!!... Read more
