The team were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me well informed at every stage and were always quick to respond to any questions. What stood out most was their dedication and personal approach. They made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free, even during more complicated stages. Their knowledge and clear communication gave me confidence from start to finish.

20th Mar 2026 (30 days ago)As a first time solo home buyer Fox and Son's were very supportive right from the first phone call asking about property's, to viewings and the process of buying. They were able to give me update when asked and also would call when I needed info. The only reason I have not given them 5 stars is because the paperwork from my seller was incorrect around council banding and this had not been checked so was advertised wrong, the only constructive advice I could give would be please check this in the future but I also acknowledge I should've checked it too! Thanks to Aimee and Lucy in particular you were both so helpful, I love my new home thanks to you guys!

10th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Yesterday we completed the sale of my father's flat thanks to the excellent team at Gibbins Richards' Wellington office. Through no fault of theirs the process took longer than usual but Callum initially - and then Patrick and Deb were extremely professional, patient and incredibly supportive in what was quite a difficult time for us. This is the second time of selling a property through Gibbins Richards and they will always be our first choice in future. Thank you!

7th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

They guided us through the sale. Brian did a great job from start to finish , getting us the best price and making the brochure look stunning . Throughout the process, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the search area and the state of the property market. Refused a viewing as my current landlord is a guarantor for some one in a property they manage who hasn't paid rent. Don't see how that involves me or why they feel the need to share that information. Looking at Welden & Edwards reviews they need to have a look at there staff.

8th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)All the staff are easy to deal with, friendly, kind and professional. This is by far the best estate agency we have had dealings with. You really feel they have your back and they have bent over backwards to sell our house and progress the sale to completion. They have actually made the process enjoyable, a first! They are a really great bunch of human beings, not a comment often connected with this profession. We would highly recommend them and have already done so.
3rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Michael Adey and all the Staff were exceptional when we had a question/query - always replied or rang back very quickly- they liaised between us (sellers), the buyers and both sets of Solicitors seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were always treated with respect, no matter our queries. Michael himself never forgot who we were and the property we were selling when we bumped into him outside of his office. We were kept up to date at every stage. Everyone in the office was a delight to deal with. Thank you to all the staff.

10th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)The experience that I had by using Right At Home Estate Agents was totally brilliant. I can't recommend them highly enough! I received regular updates on what was happening, they constantly chased those that needed chasing, worked hard to resolve any issues, etc. At no time did I feel that I was being forgotten about. I actually, finally moved in December 2025. It had been along road with many hiccups along the way, none being down to the agents nor myself. However, Clare and her wonderful team were there all along the way with me. I could pop into the 'shop' itself and no matter how busy they were they always had a cheery smile and were happy to chat. There was laughter and tears too. Should you be considering a move, don't hesitate, Right At Home Estate Agents will look after you!
