The team were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me well informed at every stage and were always quick to respond to any questions. What stood out most was their dedication and personal approach. They made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free, even during more complicated stages. Their knowledge and clear communication gave me confidence from start to finish.

20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)As a first time solo home buyer Fox and Son's were very supportive right from the first phone call asking about property's, to viewings and the process of buying. They were able to give me update when asked and also would call when I needed info. The only reason I have not given them 5 stars is because the paperwork from my seller was incorrect around council banding and this had not been checked so was advertised wrong, the only constructive advice I could give would be please check this in the future but I also acknowledge I should've checked it too! Thanks to Aimee and Lucy in particular you were both so helpful, I love my new home thanks to you guys!

10th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Yesterday we completed the sale of my father's flat thanks to the excellent team at Gibbins Richards' Wellington office. Through no fault of theirs the process took longer than usual but Callum initially - and then Patrick and Deb were extremely professional, patient and incredibly supportive in what was quite a difficult time for us. This is the second time of selling a property through Gibbins Richards and they will always be our first choice in future. Thank you!

Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

From the moment we met, they very quickly understood what we were looking for, pulling out all the stops to support us in our tricky relocation to Devon. They were very focused on our needs and didn’t waste our time; they introduced us to great properties, helping us to find our forever home. Throughout the process, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the search area and the state of the property market. We found them highly supportive and prepared to keep in touch with us throughout a tricky negotiation. Nothing was too much trouble for Ed, Charity, Lisa and Jacob. No other agents come close. On both occasions, the sales team worked well together and with us to market and complete the sale. We found them extremely helpful and professional, also patient and reassuring when things did not progress as smoothly as we would have liked. We would recommend them to anyone wanting to sale their property in this area.

You really feel they have your back and they have bent over backwards to sell our house and progress the sale to completion. They have actually made the process enjoyable, a first! They are a really great bunch of human beings, not a comment often connected with this profession. We would highly recommend them and have already done so.

Throughout this period, Michael Adey and his team were extremely supportive, always willing to negotiate on our behalf, and providing expert advice.
