We are presently under offer so not sold yet. Buyers offered after 16 days which was excellent. Easy to talk to, good viewings organised and so far, very happy. Would recommend.... Read more

Photos were not great, despite numerous reminders never added “no onwards chain” to our listing, didn’t turn up to one viewing meaning we lost a potential buyer, potentially undervalued the house and took 8 days to produce the sales memo. Communication has been poor throughout as well. Only positive is the house sold in 8 days but I’m not to sure how much of that Seddons can claim responsibility for though. Still not to sure what my £2.5k fee actually paid for.... Read more
