Janice Bennie had our house up on the market quickly on the 5th February arrange numerous Viewings which Janice would call to discuss and update every night. our house had offers on day 1 of viewings and finally accepted an offer on the 12th February. I really cannot recommend Niall enough if your looking to sell your house ????. He had it on the market within a couple of days of our first meeting and got me what I wanted on the first day of viewings. Everything ran as smooth as possible even with covid and lockdowns , 8 weeks from start to finish . He’s extremely professional, approachable, friendly, realistic and a workaholic available 24/7 for any questions no matter how daft they might be .
