Stan and the rest of the team did a great job all throughout the process. They were helpful and professional when we kept pestering for updates and were willing to go that extra mile just make sure everything that could be done, was. I would definitely recommend and they would be my first port of call should I ever need to deal with a house sale/purchase again.

I couldn’t fault the service I received from the staff in the Lanark office. They were courteous and professional, keeping me as up to date as they could through what is always a stressful time selling a property. Particular thanks to Rachel and Wendy who were always helpful and friendly.

Mel sold our house a few months ago and it was the best customer service. As soon as Mel come to the house, I realised how professional she was and how well she knew the market. Mel kept has updated throughout the whole process. Mel took all the stress away from selling a house. Would highly recommend.

I got one viewer in 9 weeks and 4 calls, 1 of those because i called for an update..i was not kept updated at all until I contacted them for updates, very disappointed with the service

Office staff were not impressive and office hours seemed to vary a lot . Not impressed . Didn’t feel they proactively pushed our property even though the property we were buying was also marketed by them . ( double fees)
