Conrad and Ashleigh provided a superb house sale experience and navigated me through the whole process. It didn’t always go to plan, which is to be expected when selling (& buying), but the communication throughout from both of them, & the whole team, kept me in the loop and I therefore had complete confidence in the Agent I selected while selling at a distance.

We had a fantastic experience with Conrad Estate Agents. The whole team was professional, approachable, and honest throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, making what can often be a stressful experience much easier.
We successfully bought our new home, and it was lovely to find that the sellers were happy too, as they left us a card and a gift when we moved in. That really reflected how well the process had been handled for everyone involved.
I would highly recommend Conrad Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Their excellent communication, professionalism, and friendly approach made all the difference.

From start to finish, Conrad was brilliant and always went above and beyond to help. In the last couple of weeks before exchange, things had stalled with my solicitors, so I reached out to Conrad and the team — they stepped in straight away and really helped get everything over the line.
Honestly couldn’t fault the service at all. Really appreciate all the hard work and support from everyone involved. Thank you all!

I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

Our agent, David Hurt was excellent from start to finish. Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for.
David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer.

"I recently dealt with Charles Knight Letting Agents, and my experience was absolutely excellent, thanks especially to Aaron George. From the very start, Aaron was professional, helpful, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made the whole process of finding and securing a property completely smooth and stress-free.
He was always available when I needed him, followed up promptly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out properly. It’s rare to find such dedicated and friendly service these days — Aaron truly represents the best of what a letting agent should be.
The rest of the team at Charles Knight was also great, but Aaron’s support really stood out. I would highly recommend both the agency and Aaron George to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and efficient letting agent. 10/10 service.

Called on 4 occasions just to simply book a viewing to buy a house and each time I had to share my details. No one got back to me to confirm whether the viewing was going ahead. Feel sorry for anyone who uses this agency to let or sell their property

Can’t thank Elaine enough for all her help throughout the whole process. From start to finish Elaine was professional, helpful and honest. She was always on hand to answer any questions we had and made sure to discuss new information with us as soon as she had it. I highly recommend Elaine Gray & will definitely be contacting her in the future if we decide to move again.

Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.
