I have been using Kaiser and staff for a number of years now and would write as follows.
One of the reviews was left by a ex tenant of mine.It is totally unjustified ans Kaiser was doing me a favour since I was out of the country.The problem was down to the tenant and not the agent who was acting on my behalf.
I have used a number of Agents down through the years and would honestly say Kaiser is the best.He is diligent and hard working but most of all he is probably the most up to date with the legal requirements and necessary information/documentation now facing Landlords so his AST are up to date and he knows the law which is imperative to Landlords in current time.
I am sorry that Kaiser was left a negative review when he was doing me a favour and looking after my interests even when in this case he did not even have the full management of the property.I would ignore the review and highly recommend this Agent.There are so many dodgy ones out there but he is definitely not one of them.

Ridiculous and dodgy agent. Don’t ever go to them. Does a lot of unethical practices. Very unfair and massive hidden charges.

444 Rentals took over the managementm of my property in June 2016. I have been entirely happy with the service I have received since then. Maryam Hussain is always attentive to detail and responds swiftly to all enquiries. Therefore I can recommend this agency to any landlord seeking a reliable service for property management in east London.
