We had the pleasure of working with Select in May 2023 when we were under a tight 3-week deadline to move out of our 3 bed-room house and find tenants due to an international relocation. From the initial contact made up to the final handover of the property, Raj, Vicky and a few of their handymen acted very professionally and always in the best interest of us. Raj arranged a first viewing just in 1 week's time, where more than 5 prospects showed up. We had 3 people interested and proceeded with 1 that was most suitable for us. In the remaining 2 weeks, all the necessary contracts were drafted, and background checks carried out. Their handyman was sent over to repaint parts of the house, fix some damages such as bathroom ventilators, garden lamps and doorbell. An electrician was arranged to swap the old plastic fuse box with a metal box as per new regulatory guideline. They dealt with all the EPC and Gas Safety certificates too. The house was decorated with small lamps and paintings throughout as we took ours with us and was left sparkling clean on the move in date of the new tenants. I can very highly recommend the experienced team who did such a fantastic job in a short time. We are now considering using them for our second property. Keep up the great work Raj, Vicky & Team!... Very rude. Called and ask about a property to rent. Said he will call me back in 10 minutes. Never called me back so I called 40 min later, he responded that the place was gone and straight away hung up. Would never use them or recommend. Stay away and landlords please use a more professional place.... Read more
