Maciej kept us updated and arranged viewings which were convenient to us, and advised and guided us through the whole process as well as keeping our buyer updated throughout. If Maciej wasn’t not available then Georgia was on hand to deal with any questions. The team were amazing and I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

3rd Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)We didn’t think of asking anyone else to sell our house, Paul Wallace had sold it to us originally along with every other house on a small new build estate, and done the resales in the 10 years since. We’d seen a house we wanted to buy and were keen to secure a sale in order to be proceed-able and put an offer in. We met Peter Gold from the Hoddesdon office and listened to his view on value, on other recent sales, and followed his advice on what level to price the house at in order to achieve our objective. He had a few viewings in a short space of time and then received an offer at asking price, his advice on value worked brilliantly. Peter and his team were superb throughout, often helping in the conveyancing process with queries and keeping us all on track with a level head and practical approach. I couldn’t recommend him and his team strongly enough.

The only negative I could add was that the house was quite dirty, but overall the service provided by Dimension Estates was fabulous. Thanks a lot!

He was quick to answer all our questions and took us through all the changes the landlord was going to carry out. Jason kept the same level of quick, clear communication during the application process, ensuring we were updated and informed every step of the way. His professionalism and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Something which we really appreciated in the stressful London market

8th Jun 2024 (18 weeks ago)Extremely frustrating experience. All access tags are due to be updated today. Wait in line only to be told the tags we got from johns are not original and they refuse to help us. But wait we can pay £60 for new ones….but jokes on us as they suddenly refuse to issue knew ones without approval. We are told to call for help at the door to get in….get there and system is offline….now we wait 20 min to sneak in with someone else. Call johns and log issue on system….get someone on the phone who promises to email the concierge to issue us new ones….3 hours later we try again….but surprise suprise they never mailed…we wait again to sneak in with someone else. Few hours later after numerous messages the email gets sent…now we have to go back for the 3rd time and pay 60pounds.

Lee Mills & Lee Correia took me in when the tenants I had found through another estate agent pulled out. They found me tenants in less than a week, this was the first time I was renting out my property, so I was very nervous about the whole thing, mainly getting the wrong tenants. However, they were very patient, answered all my questions, addressed all my requests and I never felt like a nuisance. I really recommend DD in Stratford, they’re very professional and approachable agents.

18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
