They are letting a property next door to my house in East Ham and I have given them ample opportunity to fix the fence , which has blown into my garden and poses a safety risk to my young children. The fence is wooden and has nails and splinters sticking out . This issue has yet to he resolved 4 months later. I have called them on multiple occasions and visited in person. It’s always empty promises!
The property they let is in such a terrible state especially the overgrown garden, which is not my concern however when they can’t even mend the fence 4 months later, I’d seriously be questioning their integrity and professionalism. An absolute disgrace and a display of utter incompetence!! Avoid this agency at all costs!

This company advertises properties but they don't even have them. They wasted my time for 7 days advertising a commercial property and even told me to take off so I could go for the viewing for 3 consecutive days yet neither they ring me back, text or email instead when I tried to call them the person responsible called Mobeen doesn't even answer me. Later after few days of time waste someone from his department answer my phone and says the landlord doesn't want to let it out now that too in a sarcastic tone. Please don't take properties from this place they waste your time.

Words can't describe how this agency neglected me. As a pregnant woman looking for a place to stay, the agent that was dealing with me was emphasising how he will help me getting the place I wanted. The agent was aware that I am staying at a temporary accommodation and will have to leave soon. After chasing him again and again, he tells me the flat has an issue with the fuse box. He then completely avoids me leaving me stressed and in fear as I had no much time left to find accommodation. I had no choice but to communicate with the flat landlord and ask for the fuse box to be fixed as I was at high risk to become homeless at this point. I complained to Mr Ahmed however the situation got worse as next thing I know the agent tells me he won't give me the property because I've been in contact with the landlord. Not only I've been neglected by these cruel people, but also lied and left in a complete nightmare. I am not only in fear of having nowhere to go, but became more vulnerable as my pregnancy is far along. Whoever is reading this, I pray a decent human being helps you find accommodation and doesn't put you through the same.

Beware rogue estate agents who miscommunicate to landlords and tenants. They have invited far too many tenants (with ?immigration status) in my parents small house that has been damaged beyond repair. We have given notice for tenants to move out (over 1 year ago) so that we can properly refurbish, however they have invited even more tenants to move in and Home connect are still making money from them. When we visited the 3 bedroom property there were at least 10 people living there at the time and we are not even given their names/details on request. My parents have been trying to vacate the property for the past year with no avail and have been told lies about what is really going on there. This will cost our family thousands in legal fees and repair work and is an ongoing battle for my poor parents who are totally stressed out by the situation.

Im a landlord and the service I have received from Ahmed has been very responsive and professional. From the start he has been very honest and transparent. Rents are always on time and paid in full followed by an email confirmation. I have already recommend Home connect to other landlords who are also happy with the service they are receiving. Due to the pandamic home inspection visits not carried out by myself but I trust the property is kept to a good standard by the tenants and confident if there are any issues these will be resolved. If there was an option for.5 for stars it would be a high 4.5 stars

It has been less than 3 months with home connect and I have had nothing but issue after issue. Before we moved in, we were told 1.) A kitchen drawer would be fixed, 2.) The tiles in the bathroom would be fixed and 3.) The fridge freezer would be cleaned (it had disgusting, vile red liquid pooled atthe bottom, and 4.) The shower pole would be fixed.
To date, all 4 of these have yet to be even acknowledged by Home Connect, and we are simply getting told to wait. This is ridiculous.
Upon moving in, we find that the gas and electric credit is far into the emergency reserves ( around £30), and, while this was handled with the moneyback, it should never have been a problem in the first place. Where is the profesionalism? I am repeatedly ignored in my text messages for aid. For example, the bathroom lock was completely missing, and upon requesting it changed, I am completely ignored.
Soon after, the boiler stopped working due to low pressure, and after insisting we needed a flexi pipe to fix it, they realised how to actually fix it and told us.
And then soon after our pipes starting leaking ! On top of this I have asked for any urgent solution due to not being able to cook or clean, and have promptly been ignored.
Universally terrible and unprofessional, very very dissapointed with the service I've had.

PLEASE AVOID USING THIS AGENT!
We used this agent to provide us with decent tenants for our property. Mr Ahmed introduced us to the tenants who he did not do vetting checks on. We ended up with tenants who have CCJ and criminal records and have not paid us rent for 14months to date, causing us losses during this pandemic.
Mr Ahmed has not been truthful all along and I would highly recommend people to avoid using these dodgy agents!!!

WARNING KEEP AWAY FROM HOME CONNECT
This is a rouge estate agent who don’t conduct proper background checks, they will not vet tenants properly and accept fraudulent documents to write up tenancy agreements costing you thousands of pounds in court eviction fees. As a landlord I have personally experienced this and it is evident that other landlords have experienced the same costs due to the incompetence and care free attitude of staff who are quick to try and shift the blame on the landlord and tenants. This agent has cost me thousands of pounds in rent arrears and court costs.

I will just say one thing: UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!
We wanted to see a house , and only half of the family had seen it , therefore wanted to book another viewing on the same day but just later.
The guy who showed us the room in the afternoon told us this would be fine.
I wake up with a phone call from his colleague,
asking me to bring id, bank statements . I told him that we only want the other half of the family to see the house and we would make our minds up the next day and let them know.
He was very rude and told me he cancelled the appointment, and that his staff can not be sent out twice a day. Excuse me ? Do you really want to sell this house or not? I’m doing you a favour not you!!!! He was so extremely rude , and when I say the word ‘rude’ I mean RUDE!!! He wanted us to go ahead with the house, although we only wanted to see it and kind of wanted to force it on us!!! Is this your customer service skills ? Don’t think so....
To whom ever will see this, you have failed your job and surely know that your manners were disgusting.

I can honestly say from first hand experience the best Estate agent service. Vishnu has been on the ball every step of the way as well as being informative and being a great help whenever he can.
Other agents will take ages to get back to you and with little progress. Vishnu is very patient no matter how many times you call and will get things done! Buying a house is stressful enough but Vishnu has surely taken the stress out

The agent from this agency worked with another agent and subletted my property without my knowledge or permission 6 months ago. removed my furnitures and has not returned till now. The tenant they provided did not pass the necessary checks and not paying the rent, and I now have to take this agency and the tenant to court, miserable experience, avoid!!
