Bakers estate agents was amazing Kerrie and her team from start to the end really helpful give you great advice and keep you informed about everything really caring and genuine they put our property up for sale on the 3rd of November it was sold on the 4 th the whole process 12weeks from start to finished we are over the moon thank you so much you made the it a lot easier for us and took the worry of us thank you so much your all fantastic 10/10

What can I say, Kerrie and her team are absolutely fantastic, helped me sell my property and also purchasing my onward property.
Yes, the BIG name estates agent might promise you that your property is worth more than you think and you could have 20-30 viewings but I can say that most of the time nothing comes from it. Those agencies also charge way more and what you thought you would be getting in terms of profit made from your sale, their fees, the brochure & photo costs, their recommended solicitor fees will take a HUGE chunk out of that.
Kerrie and her team have been wonderful throughout, kept me updated on progress whether that's viewings, buyer offers, surveyors, it's like having a team of personal assistants but on steroids.
Keeping things honest, clear and basically "caring", that personal touch during such a stressful period cannot be underestimated.
How often have you had to leave a message for an estate to call you back with an update and you wait several days...? Well, NOT with Baker Estates, every call is greeted by a person on other end and not by a messaging service or a call centre. Absolutely phenomenal team, if you want a team to take care of stress then look no further.
I'm a very happy Seller and Purchaser.

We had an unprofessional experience with Sarah. Came across very rude, unbothered, and impatient because we were 5 minutes late, if not, definitely other reasons. She did not know all information that we have requested about the place, but also did not bother to find out more.
