Professional from the first contact all through to completion. A very good understanding of the market context resulting in a good marketing campaign. I transferred to them (sale of 2 bed, top flr flat) having been unsuccessfully "on the market" for three months and they were a breath of fresh air!

Amazing team, best customer service and the best agent in Barkingside. I have had nothing but an amazing service with this company. Jack Powell, Jack blackbrough are the best of the best. I will never go anywhere else. The big companies just take your money and treat you like a number, and some of them even have their own policies whereas you won't be allowed to view a house unless you agree to see their in house mortgage advisor, something I made a complaint to their head offices about and just got laughed at and called a liar! The big companies don't care about you or your situation, whereas with Arbon and Miller you get a personalised service and more. They never force you to take an action you don't want to or treat you like a number rather than a person. If you don't try them you will simply miss out. I have been with this company for a few years now and am here to stay. I'm a customer for life! Please don't go anywhere else, unless you want to learn the hard way just like I did! Don't waste your time and effort on any other agent in the area. I initially did and it was a big mistake. Arbon and Miller is best they will go out of their way to help you out regardless of if you are buying, selling or letting your property out. Did you know that they give you one years free rent guarantee cover if you rent your property out with them? Just call them and give them a try. I promise you will be glad you did!
