Worst levels of service of any rental company I have ever had to deal with. Twice I have had Vans from here and had mechanical problems with the vans, when you call the breakdown number displayed in the Vans its for FIAT not EUROPCAR. Say they'll collect the vehicle today and don't call or turn up to collect, blocking driveway, as its now off hire you are no longer insured to move it. When you call all you get is poor excuses about lack of staff to collect the Van. Absolute Disgrace best avoided at all costs. Would not even give it 1 star if google would have let me.... Read more

I would leave less stars if possible, we arranged to drop our rental at 8am (the regular opening hours) and have been sat for a whole hour waiting for someone to arrive. The customer service was hideous, saying it was a bank holiday when it’s not, it’s only a bank holiday in England and Wales. Absolute joke, our car also had more scratches than on the rental agreement. How on earth are they capable of not having just one person here, at normal opening hours on a normal working day to retrieve a car. We have a train to catch to London and were then told to wait until someone drove from Edinburgh (2+hours) to pick it up, disgusting.... Read more

Hired a car and requested satnav from Europcar through work, for 4 days. Car was delivered without satnav. The excuse being most of the cars are now with built-in satnav (but not the one delivered to me). There is no available car to do a car swap and the earliest they will have a satnav returned to them is on the day I'm returning the car!... Read more
