Office staff less than helpful and had to be chased to take any action. We eventually sold our house privately, after 2 1/2 years of comparative inaction. It was curious that we had "viewings" shortly after each visit to discuss "progress". Pure coincidence?

To be fair, the solicitor who handled the conveyancing etc. (Jordan Watt) was professional , helpful & efficient.

I purchased my first property with the help of Sean MacMillan and Kenny Mantle at Aberdein Considine. Having never purchased a property previously, I do not have anything to judge my experience against, however I found the process to be more straightforward than I was expecting and the fees were competitive. Having a solicitor/conveyancer and mortgage adviser who work alongside each other was a definite advantage. I would recommend them for first time buyers.
