We thought long and hard about which agent should be entrusted with the sale of our lovely house, and without recalling precisely why we opted for Strutt and Parker ahead of all the other major national players. Our faith was totally vindicated, and the advised selling price was superbly judged to clinch a sale before a second Covid lockdown. We could not have had a more responsive team on the case, nor a more patient team given the vast quantity of viewings we conducted over several months (including the first Covid lockdown of 2020).
