Best letting agent I have ever had, Would recommend to anyone. - No wacky arbritrary fees - Bills and council tax included in rent - Excellent communication from staff (emailed a week in advance before any visits) - Communal areas are kept in excellent condition by cleaners I honestly cannot make a single complaint, they have been fantastic so far.... Terrible company if you're looking to rent. 1/3 staff were helpful. Communication is slack and my dealings with them has been very stressful for an ongoing problem with my flat, potentially causing serious health issues. They're supposed to be there to help me. Although the problem is temporarily fixed now, it's not been with much help from abode. Cleaners are very poor and meetings have been cancelled. Mould is growing in all tennants rooms and throughout the flat in places such as toilet etc. I've had to clean it all myself. My dealings with Abode have been very unprofessional this time round.... Rented at Attoe Walk with Abode. Great service from start, no fees to pay (for the room I rented) and easy viewing/agreement to complete. Deposit and rent very competitive. House was excellent, all fitting and fixtures in great condition, their service for repairs and issues is top notch. Shame to be leaving Norwich and Abode as a letting agent.... Read more

I have been living in a property managed by Abode for one year and continue to be impressed by their professional, customer focused attitude. The process of finding somewhere to live was made very easy by Emilia and everyone at the office was very helpful when it came to sorting out contracts etc. Importantly, they are very quick to sort out any maintenance issues in their properties and the process for reporting such issues is very easy and efficient.
