Not very good.... Enquired about a rental property which was advertised the same day. Was told it was too early for a viewing, and that I would be contacted shortly after to arrange a viewing, for a specific time and date. All my details were taken etc... Waited 5 days, so I called them back, only to be told it had been let a few days ago. Thanks for making me hold out without even as much as a fone call or an email..... Seems impossible these days....so another let down of a letting company. Looks like people mean nothing, and money means everything as usual.... Read more

While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Theo impressed from the first time he showed us around the property that we eventually bought. He was professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
