Absolutely brilliant first class service from Jamie and the team. All went without a hitch I was fully informed at all stages and really guided through the process. I'm all moved in and even the after care is brilliant too. Attention to detail was fantastic I would highly recommend them.

Moved me and my partner into a flat (first time renters) waited 5 days to move in after all checks.
4 months later we are I formed that there are several risks to life via wiring and electrics. Our power box is outdated. And our shower can shock us or cause death.
Called over 30 times with no answer because no one in the office.
No communication between staff. Seems that they ignore some calls once they have a number saved.
Giving it another week to see what will happen before calling environmental health and calling the courts.
