As a representative of Adan Estates, I can confirm that no such events or discussions took place with Craig Brown, he has been reported to the Ombudsman and is also being taken to court for defamation and incorrect, false information in his review, I will add that all reports of any maintenance specifically blocked drains was dealt with swiftly within the hour of being reported even on the weekend and out of hours, any comments he has made regarding the neighbour are untrue, the neighbour has actually been causing trouble to anyone that moves in and has been obstructing communal hallways and areas which is not allowed. Craig was told he could use the space outside the flat as private to them, however the neighbour refused to move her belongings and told Craig something different to what the agent and landlord had agreed regarding that flat. Agents and landlords should be aware of tenants like Craig Brown and Lilly House, there new agent has also been informed.... Read more

Adan Estates, and especially A lady from senior management from Adan estates (director) have been poor with their customer service, unprofessional with their approach, and have spoken to me and my partner in a rude manor down the phone. We moved into a property in twickenham that had not been professionally cleaned, sewage leaks that didn’t get fixed quickly, and we are currently living in a property with sewer flies and a awful smell and being asked to pay rent. (So much more information for anyone that would like to ask) all evidence is pictures videos and recording all time and date stamped to prove all of my points. We got told to block the neighbours fire exit We got told our neighbour was using our private area outside our flat because she was ‘bipolar’ Played us of against the neighbour telling her it’s a communal area and is that it’s private to me and my partner, telling us one thing and her another. Shouted down the phone to me in a unprofessional way Admitted fault, and also said she ‘You shouldn’t have to live like that at all, it’s appalling, it’s disgusting actually, it’s actually disgusting’ and she doesn’t care anymore, I’ll let the landlord deal with it. Texts at inconvenient times (examples below) 1. Friday 4th of March 23:04pm 2. Tuesday 8th of March 22:02 3. Tuesday 12th April 23:22 4. Thursday 4th August 21:58 5. Friday 5th August 22:15 We have had sewage issues that they have not fully dealt with leaving sewer flies in our flat and the stench of sewage The Lady’s response when asked would she live in such conditions ‘ I suppose it’s back on me really, I should have remembered that your panel still needs to be opened up’ ‘You shouldn’t have to live like that at all, it’s appalling, it’s disgusting actually, it’s actually disgusting’ (yet we have been living in these conditions for over a month). Minimal effort made to rectify and no rush now that we have handed our notice in. I would steer well clear, they since we have asked for their complaints procedure, they have proceeded to ignore this request multiple times as well as trying to make thing difficult for me and my partner to move into a new property by withdrawing their reference request they provided months ago. To clarify, me and my partner paid rent for multiple months on time, and yes after all of the problems, we have had, that have not been fixed, and living in a property that shouldn’t be let out we are refusing to pay our final month rent, we have the evidence as to why not. We have had; Sewage leaks Inside and outside Water leaking from the electrics Property when we moved in not professionally cleaned and in a filthy state Fans falling out the wall Radiators falling off the wall with exposed wiring. Many health and safety hazards Contact with a lady in senior management has been informal and over text at inconvenient times The lady in senior management asking us to block our neighbours fire exit The lady in senior management telling us she didn’t feel the need to check if our property was clean before we moved in as the other flats in the same block moved in with no complaints that week. The lady in senior management saying she doesn’t care about our issues and she will just forward them onto the landlord We were pushed to handing our notice in (we were going to anyway) but on two separate occasions, The lady in senior management has mentioned, well your more than welcome to hand in your notice, implying she doesn’t want to deal with us anymore. Now the most important part - we have made a formal complaint, not only have the company not outlined this to us and ignored us they have tried to jeopardise our next move out of this flat. All of these issues are being taken to a higher entity, those being Environmental Health, citizens advice, property ombudsman. STAY AWAY - RUDE &UNPROFESSIONAL... Read more

My experience is fairly good with Adan Estates at the moment. As an example I would give ongoing story. I decided to change the current rented property to another one and all information, arrangements and costs was provided with no hesitation, and I`ll attend the viewing a few days later from today. It was a couple more requests which was very efficiently dealt with. Good service, nice and dedicated people running this business. Edited after 7 month tenancy period is over: All good apart from the attempt from the agency to extract some money from my deposit with the reason that they will charge me still unknown £ for the cleaning services and it will be deducted from my deposit money. That is the reason for me to remove 1 star from the review. The was no End of Tenancy Cleaning provided before I moved in and I had to arrange cleaning my self. I`ve been asked to leave the room in the same condition as I moved in. Worth to mention that the room after I left the way cleaner comparing to what it was before I moved in. However, the first email from Raveena after I moved out was stating that there will be a deduction without providing any figures. I felt that it is not fare and emailed back to her the check-in list statements that it was dust and dirt here and there. So it is all documented and recorded. She replied to me with idea to speak to the Landlady and the get back to me sometime later. Then after a few days with no update I emailed her with my intention to contact Ombudsman to settle the issue as it is already more than 10 days after I moved out (27/10/2020) and I still can`t see my money on my bank account. Today (09/11/2020) I received the email and text confirming from Deposit Protection Scheme that DPS is releasing my deposit with no deduction but no email conformation or update from Adan Estate. Sad, hope further business activities of this agency will be more professional and customer service orientated.... Read more

I contacted Adan estates about a property I was interested in and was encouraged to come and view it soon as the property would get a lot of interest. They were very responsive at the beginning and even called my partner out of hours to tell him about the property. Wanting to have the best shot of making the first offer, I rushed to Denham,Uxbridge the next morning which was a 2 hr drive from my home in Suffolk. As soon as I saw the property I told the estate agent I would like to make an offer. She told me I would have to do this via email however she failed to send me the email address all day and ignored my calls. I was also liasing with another Adan estate agent who told me I would need to pay a £500 holding fee (Twice the legal limit of a weeks rent of this property) and a £60 reference fee (Also unlawful). When I emailed the Adan official email regarding this, they ignored that also. The next day I continued to call again and still had no response. They would not allow me to even make a formal offer and have ignored me ever since. I am disgusted that the Adan estate agents were aware I had travelled 2 hrs specifically to come and view this property and for some reason had no intention of even letting me send an offer. I guess they have ‘unofficially’ reserved this property for someone else. Completely unprofessional. Reply to your response: You never told me there was another offer. You were the one that reassured me the referencing for my partner should be just fine. You may have been busy but it’s now been two weeks and you still never got back to me with any sort of reply about my offer and completely wasted my time and money travelling down to see the property when I made you aware how far I was travelling out of my way. What was the point in rushing me down to see it to make an offer if there was another offer you had not informed me about and you were not even going to take our offer seriously? I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated and quite honestly would not recommend anyone using your service.... Read more

Worse client service rep rude and attitude. Its there job to sell or rent the property to potential clients but really disappointed as i was just 10 minutes late and was nearly there but they called and cancelled the appointment just because the existing tenant wanted to sleep.
