21st Apr 2026 (26 days ago)We had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this letting agency. For over two weeks, they kept asking us for different documents and references, with new requirements appearing each time we thought everything had been completed. The process felt disorganised, unclear, and unnecessarily stressful. After all of that, they suddenly increased the deposit at the last minute, which had not been communicated from the beginning. What made the situation even worse was the comment that, because we have savings, we should be able to afford a much higher deposit. We found this assumption highly inappropriate and unprofessional. A tenant’s personal finances should not be used in this way, especially after such a long and inconsistent process. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and judgmental attitude made this a very negative experience. We would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure all terms are clearly agreed in writing from the outset.

Sheetal Suri did the initial valuation and was very polite and informative about the market and how shaw and co would handle the process if we did choose them. Having met a few other estate agents I was convinced that this firm would be the best to go with. We landed an offer within a couple of viewings and from offer accepted to completion Jindra Lall was at hand. She was always assisting us and enabled us the close the transaction quickly. We are really pleased with our whole experience of dealing with shaw and co and would not hesitate to recommend them for any sales.

Clayton checked in regularly to make sure everything was going through as planned and helped explain the process of buying the house from start to finish. Would happily use Aspen again if moving in the future ??

He was proactive and very well prepared. I would highly recommend him.! I would absolutely recommend Moveli, over using one of the big impersonal high street chains

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.
1st May 2026 (16 days ago)I’ve had a really positive experience with Fred Haqiar at Kearns Residential over the past two years. As a property manager, he has consistently been helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any issues were handled promptly and professionally, which made renting much smoother and less stressful. Kearns Residential as a whole has been reliable and well-organised, and it’s clear they take good care of both tenants and properties. I’d definitely recommend Fred and the team to anyone looking for a dependable property management service.

Both George and Hiten went above and beyond to respond to any queries and requests which we had throughout the process (which ended up being more complex than we had originally envisaged).
