I highly commend the services rendered by Stone Property at Hayes. Not only are its fees competitive and fair, I am also impressed by the professional standards and excellent efficiency of its staff and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this particular firm to potential landlords looking for agents.
In particular, I highly commend the services provided by their Mr Rowan Mohan who was outstanding from the very outset. While handling the rental of my London apartment, he was very helpful, committed and resourceful. There was robustness in his advertising outreach and attentiveness in keeping me updated on a regular basis. As a result, he was able to secure a number of viewings and even fast turn-around.

Stones sold our flat in Hayes end recently and I have been really impressed with the way they carried out the sale. Selling a property is never easy and is time consuming however stones were always available to talk and explain the next steps, sometimes acting as the median between the buyer and their solicitors. I would recommend the team at stones from Scott and Courtney in sales to Ruban handling the latter phases. I had numerous discussions with Ruban in the end and every time we spoke he reassured it and moved the conversations to a resolution.

Scott, Courtney, Reuben and all the staff were so supportive, friendly and professional in showing people around our home with an offer within no time. Plenty of viewings and a fair offer for our property. Very knowledgeable of the area around for viewings and always going the extra bit for you as nothing was impossible for them. Even after our move and revisit back to see friends and attend health appointments. They're very informative and they offered great advice to us as well for buying as well as selling. Very recommendable to others as well.

I am a tenant with Stones Property and I only have great things to say about them.
The team is professional, dedicated and kind. Any issues are resolved very quickly, and they are on top of any maintenance request made. They also will answer any questions you may have in a timely manner, and they go out of their way to help as much as they can. They are very easy to contact and respond to queries in a couple hours even when they are very busy.
Even before making an offer, they were very accommodating for the viewing as I had to come from another city, and kept in touch throughout. The team has a great communication amongst themselves and they all make one feel very comfortable.
I have to praise Serge, Sanj, Simrat and Courtney for their competence, professionalism and more importantly, for solving problems well and quickly, no matter how big or small.

I contacted Sandeep, and he arranged a follow-up with Sanjay, who came to visit the property at earliest convenience. He was able to provide helpful tips and marketed our property and was able to get us a tenant very quickly.
We were extremely happy with the outstanding service from Sandeep and Sanjay and the rest of the team at Stones, we will highly recommend their expertise services.
