I raised my complaint on Sunday. It’s been 5 days. First it was your responsibility, before I sign the contract. When you can not solve my problem, you decide not to deal with my flat. Are you doing the same with your all customers? If you have any problem, leave them alone. Decide not to manage the apartment

I rented a flat from stones. It’s been 1 week still I don’t have hot water. Half of items in the flat are not working. They didn’t inform electricity and water company that I moved in. I don’t have post box keys. If you don’t want to deal with troubles, don’t use them.

I would like to share my experience with this estate agency. Appointment booked 14:00 for viewing but no one turned up. I rang back to them said appointment cancelled and i am there waiting. This agency is full with Liars. Rude staff and very unprofessional. Stay away from them don’t waste precious time.

I called for the flat 3 times, each time I heard that the agent will contact me later when I called the last time I heard that the flat was sold in a very nasty way when I asked for another flat employee said that it is not available and literally dropped the phone without registering or hearing goodbye simply rude behavior to a potential client .... it's a pity to give flats / houses to this agency because you can see that is where the apartment / house will sell, not what other agencies ...
